Let It Build!

Download build 308 We received feedback on projects that didn't manage to compile, so first of all this is a bug fix build. Installer generator now generates two additonal pages:

• Shortcuts for quick launching
  
• "Run now" page after installation

In the nearest feature there will be two very cool features: easy bundling of JRE for windows packages and ability to insert custom ant calls right to the BuildDesk execution flow. These features should cover lots of cases where switching to BuildDesk is not that convenient for now.

Hello and welcome to the BuildDesk development blog! Today we open BuildDesk for early access and hopefully you'll find this tool very useful and time-saving. The release of BuildDesk 1.0 is scheduled for the end of April, 2006. This blog is gonna be devoted to the BuildDesk's on-going development and improvement. Every time as a new significant feature is implemented -- you'll see a post here, with screenshots, explanations and a link to the latest BuildDesk's build, so you could give it a try. Please feel free to post your comments or opinions on what's going on here, please download BuildDesk and try it out for your real build tasks.
